Brock Sturm

Brock Sturm is currently the Engineering and Technology Lead at Bayer, having previously served as the South Area Lead. Prior to this role, Brock was a Project Engineering Supervisor at Monsanto, where they managed a team of nine and oversaw capital and maintenance projects. Before joining Bayer, Brock gained experience as a Senior Project Engineer at Monsanto Company and worked as a Maintenance Engineer at ConAgra Foods. Brock holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Idaho State University.
