Rich Kurhajetz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business strategy, sales, and operations across various industries, including retail and e-commerce. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Value Engineering and Sr. Strategist at RELEX Solutions, Kurhajetz aligns supply chain and operational opportunities with financial goals for companies globally. With a strong background as a Business Strategy Consultant at Citizen Companies and as the Co-Founder of Citizen Ventures, Kurhajetz has successfully implemented growth strategies and developed comprehensive plans for numerous organizations. Previous leadership roles include Vice President of Sales and Marketing at DecksDirect and Managing Director at Marvel Citizen.
