Celine Poon

Celine Poon is a seasoned total rewards professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR program design. Currently serving as a Global Total Rewards Partner at AstraZeneca since April 2024, Celine provides strategic insights and guidance across multiple countries and business areas. Previous roles include Head of Total Rewards for Canada at Bayer and various positions at Scotiabank, BMO Financial Group, Sun Life Financial, OMERS, and RBC, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing compensation delivery to managing analytics and compliance. Celine holds a CGA and CPA designation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management and Economics from the University of Toronto.
