Debajit Baruah

Debajit Baruah possesses over 26 years of extensive experience in engineering and management roles across various organizations. Most recently, Debajit served as the Head of Global Engineering APAC for Bayer Crop Science and held positions such as Global Strategic Manager for Global CRE at Bayer AG and General Manager of Engineering & Technology at Bayer India from December 2007 to October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Dy. Suptdg. Engineer-Civil at Oil India Limited from June 1999 to December 2007 and Asst. Manager at Navayuga Group from August 1997 to August 1998. Debajit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
