Devarajan Iyengar

Devarajan Iyengar is a seasoned procurement leader with extensive experience at Bayer since 2005, currently serving as Head of Rapid Deployment for the APAC region, overseeing a team of approximately 20 professionals across India and China. Devarajan's strategic responsibilities encompass operational leadership for various projects, including operating model transformations and IT digitalization within the Cropscience, Pharma, and Consumer Health sectors. Prior roles include Head of Procurement in India, managing a spend of $70 million, and supporting functions across several categories and stakeholder segments. Devarajan's career at Bayer also includes pivotal roles in procurement business partnership and performance optimization, alongside an early role in customer support at Philips Health Systems. Devarajan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Indo-German Training Centre.
