Diane Fuhrmann

Diane Fuhrmann has extensive experience in tax management, currently serving as the Head of Indirect Tax at Bayer since January 2002, where responsibilities include global oversight of indirect tax matters. Fuhrmann has held various roles at Bayer, including Head of Tax Advisory and Project VP, focusing on indirect tax processes, excise duties, tax technology, and M&A governance. Prior to Bayer, Fuhrmann worked at KPMG Deutschland from 1997 to December 2001, specializing in German tax law, including income tax and VAT. Fuhrmann holds a degree in Law from the University of Konstanz, completed in 1994.
