Dra. Daniela Bortman is the Head of Occupational Medicine & Health at Bayer, where they lead innovative occupational health initiatives. Daniela co-founded Bortman Assessoria and previously served as the Occupational Medicine Manager at Monsanto Company from 2017 until 2020 and at Atento Brasil from 2011 until 2017. Recognized as the first quadriplegic woman to graduate in Medicine from the Universidade de Taubaté, Daniela also obtained a specialist title from ANAMT in 2015. They actively advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion and are involved in leadership networking and publications that advance medical knowledge.
