Elsie Shen is a finance professional with a solid background in financial and change management, auditing, tax, and IT operations. They have previously held positions such as Accounting Manager and Controller at Bayer, where they were responsible for financial analysis and reporting across APAC countries. At Covestro, Elsie served as the Head of Accounting Business Partner, bridging accounting with business operations for all legal entities in China.
