Ann Zhang

Ms. Zhang joined Realty Income in late 2016 as Assistant Controller, Property Accounting. She was promoted to Associate Vice President, Assistant Controller, Property Accounting in 2017, and to her current position in 2019. Prior to joining Realty Income, Ms. Zhang served as Controller of TRC Retail, a private real estate company that operates and develops shopping centers. She oversaw all accounting functions, as well as internal and external financial reporting. Prior to that, Ms. Zhang was an Accounting Manager at American Assets Trust, a public REIT, supervising corporate accounting and property accounting of an office and retail mixed real estate portfolio. Ms. Zhang’s professional experience also includes working in public accounting as an Audit Manager at Gumbiner Savett Inc., where she specialized in audits and financial reporting of real estate clients. She began her professional career as an Audit Associate with Deloitte.
