Emmanuelle Guillard is currently the Head of Center of Excellence Semisolids at Bayer, overseeing the semisolids and tubes division for Consumer Health Care since 2025. Previously, they served as a Formulation Project Leader at Bayer Healthcare from 2007 to 2023, leading the development of various oral dosage forms. Emmanuelle also held roles at Capsugel and Pfizer, where they contributed to formulation projects and research respectively. They earned an Ingenieur degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier and a Master of Science from the University of Canterbury.
