Erika Berghauer

Erika Berghauer is the Head of Pipeline Enablement at Bayer Crop Science, where they manage logistical strategies for material flow in breeding operations. Previously, Erika served as a Variety Trials Coordinator at the University of Florida and contributed significantly as a Research Associate at Monsanto Company, overseeing various research projects and field trials. Erika has also worked as a Plant Disease Specialist for the Oregon Department of Agriculture and held an internship at PanAmerican Seed. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Horticulture from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science in Environmental Horticulture from the University of Florida.
