Eugene Rynkowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in system design and IT management within highly regulated industries. Currently serving as System Design Manager at Bayer HealthCare since December 2010, Eugene previously held the position of IT Manager for Product Systems at MEDRAD from May 2008 to December 2010, where responsibilities included acting as an IT Business Partner for Operations and Compliance.
