George Lambrou is a seasoned Medical Director and the current Global Medical Lead for Ophthalmic Scientific projects at Bayer. With extensive experience in Pharmaceutics Research, Ophthalmology, Datamining, and Biomarkers, Lambrou has previously held significant roles at Novartis and Sanofi, including Chief Scientific Officer and Head of Ophthalmic Research Portfolio. They earned an MD in Medicine from Université Louis Pasteur Strasbourg and a PhD from the University of Amsterdam.
