Guido Mathews

Guido Mathews serves as the Vice President of Bayer Radiology, leading the Imaging, Data, and AI Research Center of Excellence since June 2010. With extensive experience in program and project management for clinical trials across various diagnostic and therapeutic areas, Guido has a strong background in strategic partnerships, contracting, outsourcing, and regulatory compliance, including experience with the FDA, PMDA, and EMA. Additionally, Guido is a member of the Advisory Board for the Axel Titzki Foundation since June 2017 and previously held the CEO position at Bürgerstiftung Schöneiche bei Berlin from February 2010 to January 2012. Prior roles include process management at KPMG, Mercedes Benz, and Salans LLP, where Guido coordinated complex corporate law lawsuits, and freelance consulting in clinical imaging trials with Bayer Pharma AG. Academic qualifications were obtained at European University Viadrina, with a focus on commercial and corporate law.
