Heidi Sylvester

Heidi Sylvester is a senior corporate affairs professional with 20 years of global experience, transitioning from a business journalist to strategic communications in the pharmaceuticals sector. Currently, they serve as CEO and COO Communications at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where they provide communications counsel to senior executives and specialize in speechwriting, media relations, and employee engagement. Previously, Heidi held leadership roles at Track Change Communications and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and began their career as a business journalist at the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. They are currently pursuing a PhD at Monash University.
