Isabella Gazzo

Isabella Gazzo is a seasoned professional in the agricultural sector, currently serving as the Head of North America Vegetable Seed Production Technology at Bayer since March 2020, where leadership is provided to a team of scientists focused on innovative vegetable seed production processes. Prior experience includes various positions at Monsanto Company from February 2011 to February 2020, culminating in the role of Vegetable Seed Production Scientist, where project leadership for agricultural innovations was a key responsibility. Additional roles at Monsanto encompassed technology development, portfolio management, and research implementation in seed production. Early career experiences include food and beverage service positions at White Elephant Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton.
