Jenny Closson

Jenny Closson has extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics, currently serving as Head of Supply Chain Management and Order to Cash at Bayer since December 2004. Jenny has held various roles at Bayer, including Senior Director of US Distribution, Transportation, and Conversion Operations, where management of a team of 43 logistics professionals led to the establishment of a high-performance culture. Previous positions include Director of Customer Logistics during a temporary rotational assignment and Sr. Manager of Transportation, overseeing customer service representatives handling significant accounts. Prior to Bayer, Jenny worked at NIBCO from 1995 to 2004 in roles such as Strategic Sourcing Manager and Logistics Manager. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Indiana University South Bend.
