Jessica Vaughn is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Area General Manager for Bayer's Mid-Atlantic region since February 2020, Jessica is responsible for driving revenue goals and managing a cross-functional team. Previous roles at Bayer include Director of Business Development and Area Account Director, where Jessica focused on strategic direction and contract management for Women's Healthcare. With a background that also includes significant positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Braeburn, and Corrections Rx Pharmacy Services, Jessica has demonstrated expertise in sales leadership, team development, and market strategy.
