Jian Xu is a Principal Chemical Process Engineer and Product Supply Expert with extensive experience in chemical engineering. They have a solid background in process development, scale-up, and optimization, specializing in membrane technology, process and reactor modeling, and microbial fermentation. Jian has held significant roles at Bayer and Monsanto Company, contributing to advanced engineering calculations and the successful design of industrial processes. They hold a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree from East China University of Science and Technology and Beijing University of Chemical Technology, respectively.
