Jill Henke

Jill Henke is currently the Head of FM Operations at Bayer, a position they have held since 2017. Previously, they worked in various roles in the hospitality industry, including Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton, Event & Convention Sales Manager at Hilton, and Deputy Head of Reception at UBS. Jill began their career in hospitality as a Hotelfach Frau at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts and later served as a Senior Waitress at Crystal Cruises. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from SRH Riedlingen in 2017.
