Joakim Korell

Joakim Korell is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Head of Operations Director FM Norway at Compass Group Norge since August 2025. Prior to this role, Joakim held various leadership positions at 4Service, including Direktør and Regionsjef, from April 2019 to October 2025. Joakim's experience also includes serving as Driftsleder at De Tre Stuer, General Manager at Son Bryggerhus, and Assistant Resort Manager at Quality Spa & Resort Son. Joakim obtained education from Moraberg Hotell och restaurantskola.
