Jill McNeil

Jill McNeil, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Associate Director at Bayer since December 2021, Jill previously held the position of Senior Manager, Field Business Operations, and has contributed significantly to Sample Accountability Operations as well as serving as Co-Lead and Mentor for the GROW BRG Professional Development initiative. Prior roles include Manager of Business Development at Atlantic Health System, Manager of IT Projects at IQVIA, and Account Manager Psychiatry at Lundbeck, where Jill received multiple awards for outstanding sales performance and leadership. Jill's career at Bayer Pharmaceuticals began in July 2006, culminating in numerous accolades, including Regional MVP and multiple sales training awards. Jill holds an Executive MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Monmouth University.
