Jitesh Gupta

Jitesh Gupta holds significant experience in the agricultural technology sector, currently serving as the Global Commercial Digital Readiness Lead at Bayer Crop Science since June 2016. In this role, Jitesh is responsible for activating the Crop Science Commercial Digital strategy, collaborating with Global and Regional Marketing and Commercial organizations to enhance digital readiness across the Crop Science portfolio. Prior to this, Jitesh worked at Monsanto Company from November 2009 to May 2016 in various leadership roles, including Global Vegetables Supply Chain IT Director and Global Integration Services Lead. Jitesh's career also includes a position as Senior Manager for Business Intelligence and ERP at General Electric from January 2004 to November 2009. Educationally, Jitesh holds a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, completed in 2004.
