Jodie Lynch is the Head of Marketing Australia at Bayer, where they develop and lead a team focused on creating sustainable value and customer-centric solutions. With extensive experience in marketing and supply chain management, Jodie has held key marketing roles at Schwarzkopf & Henkel Australia, including Head of Marketing for the Retail Division and Brand Manager, where they achieved significant market growth and innovative campaign successes. Jodie previously served as Head of Marketing ANZ for Blackmores Group, driving global strategic initiatives. They hold a BA/BCom from the University of Sydney, with a focus on Marketing, German, Japanese, and Human Resources.
