Juergen Schrapp

Juergen Schrapp currently serves as the President of World ParaVolley, the global governance body for Volleyball for individuals with disabilities, since December 2024. With a long tenure at Bayer, spanning from September 1994 to the present, Juergen has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President Program Management Office Lead for the CORE program, focusing on business transformation, and VP Business Lead for Source2Pay. Other significant positions at Bayer include VP Head of R&D Procurement, VP Head of Procurement for Bayer Consumer Health, and Global Sourcing Manager for Packaging Materials. Prior to Bayer, Juergen worked as a Sales Manager at cc-chemplorer from February 2001 to February 2004 and began as an Apprentice at Bayer.
