Kate McQueen is the Vice President of North America Row Crop Seed Production & Manufacturing at Bayer. With a Master of Science in Plant, Soils and Agriculture Science from Southern Illinois University, they began their career as an Agronomist at the University of Missouri, focusing on improving the lives of rural farmers through STEM. At Monsanto, Kate led a large corn seed manufacturing team through transformational change and optimized operations using analytics and biotechnology. Since 2020, they have served as the Global Head of Seed Innovation Science and Engineering at Bayer, continuing to address complex agricultural challenges through collaboration.
