Kiru Pillay

Kiru Pillay is the Head of Vegetable Testing and Operations Americas at Bayer CropScience, where they continue to utilize their extensive experience in agriculture. With a strong background in breeding, biotechnology, and agronomy, Kiru previously served as an Executive Director at Monsanto South Africa and held various leadership roles in breeding and research across several organizations, including PANNAR SEED and Monsanto. Kiru's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and multiple degrees in Plant Breeding from the University of the Free State and other institutions.
