Lino Dias

Lino Dias is the Vice President at Bayer AG, where they lead the global strategy for fruits. With a strong background in smallholder farming, Lino previously served as VP of Smallholder Farming, developing the Better Life Farming initiative, which positively impacts millions of farmers across several countries. An Invited Professor at the University of Lisbon since 2021, Lino has co-authored case studies at Harvard Business Review and has maintained active engagement with academia. They hold a graduation and PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lisbon and have completed multiple management trainings at top business schools. Lino is recognized for their leadership in international projects and has received numerous awards throughout their career.
