Luis Gabriel Sanchez has extensive experience in strategic management and operational efficiency, currently serving as the Head of Site Services, Event Management & Employee Services for Bayer Middle East FZE since June 2014. In this role, Luis oversees operations across multiple countries, focusing on resource allocation and cost-saving initiatives, while previously holding positions that include Head of Employee & General Services and Head of Travel & Events Management Operations. Prior to Bayer, Luis worked at Unilever as a Regional Procurement Coordinator and at General Motors as a Supplier Quality Project Coordinator, accumulating a solid background in procurement, supplier management, and quality assurance. Luis holds a Diploma in Strategic Management & Business Development from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tecnologico Nacional de Mexico - Veracruz.
