Martin Martius

Martin Martius is currently the Head of CapEx Project Management at Bayer, where they oversee a team of project managers and prioritize the execution of CapEx projects in infrastructure. Previously, they held roles including Lead Discipline Engineer, where they managed a GMP infrastructure project, and Freelance Consultant, during which they directed a €1.5 billion project and managed a €5 billion portfolio. Martin also served as a Senior Consultant at Campana & Schott, leading IT projects across various industries, and was a board member at the Company Consulting Team while studying at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where they are pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Business Administration.
