Maximilian Herrmann

Maximilian Herrmann is currently the Portfolio Creation Resource Lead at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, focusing on managing budgets and optimizing internal reporting for clinical projects. With a background in Business Administration from the University of Marburg and a doctorate in Health Science from the Universität Witten/Herdecke, Maximilian's expertise includes financial planning and scientific consulting. Previously, they held positions such as Resource Manager and Head of Resource Management at Bayer, as well as internships at DVAG and PwC. Outside of work, Maximilian is passionate about long-distance running and global travel.
