Melanie Reinders

Melanie Reinders currently serves as the Head of QA Systems & Qualified Person and previously held the position of Head of QA Operations Solid Packaging & Qualified Person at Bayer Pharmaceuticals since November 2018. Prior to this, Melanie worked at Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. as a Quality Product Leader from October 2013 to October 2018, overseeing global end-to-end product quality in a matrix organization. Additionally, Melanie held the role of Qualified Person & Head of Release Office at Roche Pharmaceuticals from November 2010 to September 2013, and served as Qualified Person and Head of Analytical Services at GP Grenzach (Bayer) from November 2005 to October 2010.
