Meral Arikan

Meral Arikan is the Regional Operational Excellence Lead at Bayer, having previously served as the Head of the Dissolution & Disintegration Laboratory and QA Manager for Packaging. Prior to this, Meral worked at Bayer Pharmaceuticals as a Lab Manager in the Titration and Spectroscopy Laboratory. Maral's career began at Bayer HealthCare, where they were involved in Packaging Materials Laboratory and project management. Meral holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Hacettepe Üniversitesi and participated in the Erasmus International Education Program at Universität Bremen.
