Noman Khan

Noman Khan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with over 20 years of experience in operations and facilities management, specializing in security, crisis management, and project delivery. Currently, Noman serves as the Head of Projects, Security, Site & Employee Services at Bayer Pakistan, where they focus on creating safe and efficient workplaces. Noman has previously established the IT division at Alcon Pakistan, improving enterprise automation and compliance. Additionally, Noman has served as an adjunct faculty member at Muhammad Ali Jinnah University and Iqra University, sharing knowledge and mentoring future professionals in project management and organizational leadership.
