Oleksandr Kripak is a Legal and Compliance professional with extensive experience in Western Europe and EEMEA matters. Oleksandr served as the Head of Compliance Department for Russia and CEE at Allergan from 2016 to 2021 and currently leads the Legal, Patents, and Compliance Department at Bayer. Prior to these roles, Oleksandr was a Legal Counsel at GSK from 2013 to 2016 and worked as an Associate at PARITET law firm from 2011 to 2013. Oleksandr holds a Specialist degree with honors in Business Law from the National Aviation University and a Master's degree with honors in Law from the National Academy of Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine.
