Ric Timmers

Ric Timmers possesses extensive experience in research and development, with a notable tenure at Bayer from June 2023 to September 2024, where Ric held the positions of Innovation General Manager for North America and R&D Category Lead for Pain, Heart Health, and Dermatology. Prior to Bayer, Ric worked at BD from August 2018 to June 2023 as an Associate Principal Engineer and Senior Staff Engineer. Ric also served as a Principal Scientist, Staff Scientist, and Senior Scientist at Edgewell Personal Care between October 2010 and August 2018. Earlier career stages include a role as Sr. New Product Development Engineer at ILC Dover, LP from February 2007 to October 2010 and as Scientist II at Kimberly-Clark from January 2001 to January 2007. Ric Timmers holds a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from Auburn University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics/Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
