Ryan Williams is an experienced professional in the fields of data science and biology, currently serving as the Analytics and Data Science Hub Lead at Bayer Crop Science since August 2018, as well as the Trait Biology Analytics Lead at Monsanto Company since January 2016. In addition to roles in the corporate sector, Ryan serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at both Michigan State University and the University of Missouri-Columbia. Previous experience includes a postdoctoral researcher position at Iowa State University, focusing on the research of complex microbial communities. Ryan holds a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Iowa State University, an MS in Natural Resource Ecology and Management from Oklahoma State University, and a BS in Biology from Texas A&M University.
