Sascha Buchweitz is the Head of GMP Clean Room Operations, having previously held various leadership roles at Bayer, including Manufacturing Leader and Senior Production Supervisor. Sascha's experience encompasses the standardization and optimization of production processes in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on aseptic areas and liquid drug manufacturing. They completed an apprenticeship as a Pharmakant at Berlin-Chemie AG and earned a degree in Industrial Pharmacy Management from IHK. Currently, Sascha is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, set to graduate in 2026.
