Throughout their career, they have developed extensive know-how in supply chain areas, particularly in seed production, while managing relationships with internal and external clients and leading teams to achieve high-quality standards. Sebastián's experience includes roles at Bayer and Monsanto, where they focused on production leadership and strategic project development. Currently, they are serving as the Pre-commercial Field Production Lead at Bayer, where they aim to drive growth and value within the organization.
