Thomas Neubauer is currently the Head of Project & Service Delivery at Bayer since 2023. They hold a Diplom in Chemistry from TUM, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. Prior to this, Thomas conducted postdoctoral research at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen from 2013 to 2014 and completed a PhD at TUM focusing on stereoselective synthesis of natural products from 2009 to 2013. Their earlier experience includes various leadership roles in Bayer Pharmaceuticals from 2019 to 2023 and a research internship at Scripps Research in 2008.
