Jonathan Fearon

Jonathan Fearon serves as the Head of Project Delivery at Farsight Consulting Ltd, a role held since January 2022, overseeing project initiatives in a digital transformation consultancy of approximately 150 employees. In addition to this position, Jonathan has run Jonathan Fearon Executive Coaching since 2013, focusing on enhancing personal and professional performance for individuals and teams. Previously, Jonathan held significant roles, including Head of Project Management at Nasstar, where responsibilities included leading a portfolio of cloud and IT service projects across numerous clients, and extensive experience in project management and delivery within various government departments, including the Ministry of Justice and the Home Office. Jonathan's educational background includes multiple degrees in management, accounting, and science, further complemented by an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and Carnegie Mellon University.
