Thorsten Uhle, born in 1971 in Hagen, Germany, studied clinical and work & organizational psychology, earning a Diplom-Psychologe from Bergische Universität Wuppertal in 1999. They served as a Scientific Assistant at Ruhr-Universität Bochum from 2000 to 2004 and held various leadership roles at Bayer, including Head of Occupational Safety & Health from 2017 to 2019, and currently work in Global Occupational Health Management & Human Performance since 2019. Thorsten founded holisticcare from 2004 to 2008 and was the Betriebsleiter of „Gesunde Arbeitswelt“ at Currenta GmbH & Co. OHG from 2008 to 2017. Additionally, they completed training as a Business Coach at Milton Erickson Institut Heidelberg from 2015 to 2017.
