Till Hagemann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and digital transformation within the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as Head IT & Digitalization at Bayer AG since July 2016, responsibilities include overseeing IT operations and application life cycle management at a major production site. Previous roles at Bayer AG include Group Head Manufacturing Intelligence & Execution Systems, where Till managed global projects in manufacturing execution systems. At Bayer Healthcare AG, roles included Program Lead for the global MES program and Head of the Center of Excellence for Manufacturing Processes.
