Tim Joseph has extensive experience in product development and engineering management, with a career spanning over two decades in various leading roles. Currently, Tim serves as the Programs Director of New Product Introduction at Bayer, having held multiple key positions within the organization since September 2014. Previously, Tim worked at MEDRAD, a Business of Bayer Healthcare, where roles included Sr Global Program Manager and Engineering Manager. Tim’s career also includes positions at Gilbarco Veeder Root, The Spectacle Lens Group of Johnson & Johnson, and Ericsson, contributing significant expertise in new product development and engineering. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and has completed additional coursework at both Virginia Tech and Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
