Vanessa Windhausen

Vanessa Windhausen has over a decade of experience in the international seeds business, with a focus on plant breeding, quantitative genetics, and biostatistics. They held various roles, including a Doctoral Fellow at CIMMYT and a Hybrid Wheat Breeder at SAATEN UNION RECHERCHE. Currently, Vanessa serves as an Acker Coach while also leading the Oilseed Rape Product Unit at Bayer. They earned a Dr. sc. agr. in Plant Breeding and Quantitative Genetics from Universität Hohenheim and have actively contributed to the agricultural field through leadership and collaboration. Vanessa is dedicated to crafting sustainable agricultural solutions that benefit both farmers and consumers.
