Weichao Bao

Weichao Bao is a Senior Director of Clinical Statistics at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where they have held leadership positions since 2021. Previously, they were an Associate Director in the same department from 2019 to 2021. Weichao gained substantial experience in biostatistics through roles at Novartis Oncology, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, and Eli Lilly and Company. They hold a PhD in Biostatistics from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, complemented by a Master's degree from The Ohio State University and an MSPH from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
