Hans-Peter Plan has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Hans-Peter started their career as an Intern in Mergers & Acquisitions at Commerzbank AG in 2005. In 2006, they joined PwC as a Project Leader in Transaction Services FIG. Hans-Peter then moved to BayernLB, where they held various roles, including Vice President in Financial Controlling, Director in Bank-Governance & ICS, and Vice President in Product Structuring for both US and International Real Estate Finance. Hans-Peter is currently working as Vice President in Relationship Management for International Real Estate Finance at BayernLB.
Hans-Peter Plan completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Mergers & Acquisitions from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a CFA® charterholder from the CFA Institute in the field of Finance from 2007 to 2012. Hans-Peter also holds a Diplom-Kaufmann Univ. in Business Administration from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, earned from 2001 to 2006.
