Leed Paige Prechter Eit

Paige Prechter has extensive work experience in various roles related to real estate development, construction, and account management. Paige started their career in 2004 with Johnson Controls, Inc, where they worked as a Security Solutions Account Executive and later became a Global Account Manager. Paige also worked as an Account Executive at Duos Tech. In 2013, Paige joined Johnson Controls as a Strategic Account Manager, responsible for driving profitable growth on targeted strategic accounts. Paige then held the position of Vice President at Bayern, where they managed new projects, developed corporate strategies, and built relationships within the contracting market. Currently, Paige is working as a Principal at Campion Devco, LLC, serving clients across multiple property types in real estate development and general construction. Throughout their career, Paige has demonstrated strong skills in business development, marketing, finance, and relationship building. Paige is also LEED accredited and holds an EIT certification.
