Sebastian Löber

Sebastian L. is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leading teams and driving technical initiatives. At Alibaba Group, from 2020 to June 2021, Sebastian served as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead for the Retail Order Discovery Team, where a business roadmap and technical directions were defined while assisting in the annual planning. Previously, Sebastian worked at Baidu, Inc. from 2016 to December 2020, initially as a Software Engineer I, designing RESTful and WebSocket APIs, and then advancing to Software Engineer II, leading the DuerOS API Gateway Team with a focus on design, security, and operations. Sebastian holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
