Garrett Ulosevich

Garrett is an expert consultant who helps mission-driven organizations successfully undertake transformations and major change initiatives. He has more than a dozen years of experience in strategic consulting, advising senior leaders of leading foundation, nonprofits, and Federal and state government organizations.

Previously, Garrett served as a leader of McKinsey's Public Sector and Organization practices, becoming one of McKinsey's most experienced practitioners of designing and delivering large transformation efforts in complex public sector organizations. Prior to McKinsey, Garrett worked at Capital One, where he helped lead the stand-up of the company's internet group, and at the Federal Reserve Board.

Garrett has also served on the Obama-Biden Transition Team where he helped set up the agency review process and teams and advised on cross-agency collaboration models.
